L’Oréal Paris Canada was looking for an opportunity to leverage their long-standing spokesperson Andie McDowell’s visit to Canada for the Toronto International Film Festival with the launch of their revolutionary new Revitalift Triple Power LZR anti-aging cream.
The strategy was to find a group of Canadian women to try McDowell’s “lazer in a jar” through a 14 day #revitaliftchallenge. After they had tried Revitalift for 14 days, the women got to meet Andie McDowell to share fashion and beauty secrets. The story was shared through a unique double cover for a national women’s service magazine, as well as print and digital articles, a comprehensive social posts and videos as well as a national contest calling for Canadian women to take their own 14-day challenge.
